Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory safely and efficiently. Pick and pack customer orders with precision using order picker tools and RF scanners to ensure accuracy. Load and unload shipments from trucks, verifying contents against shipping documents. Stock shelves and organize inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) for optimal storage. Prepare packages for shipment by applying proper packaging techniques suitable for e-commerce orders. Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including inventory counts and updating records in AS400 or MRP systems. Support order fulfillment processes by maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is highly preferred. Valid certification to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar platforms is advantageous. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow safety procedures diligently.
