Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transport raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility. Supply production lines with materials according to production schedules. Remove finished goods and scrap materials from production areas. Perform inventory transactions using ERP, warehouse management systems, or handheld scanners. Conduct cycle counts and assists with physical inventories. Verify material qualities and part numbers against work orders and shipping documents. Maintain organized storage locations and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory paractices. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping reuirements. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and safety concerns to supervision. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus. Basic understanding of inventory control processes. Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventroy records. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer and data entry skills Good communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift push pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the workday. Ability to operate material handling equipment safetly. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to dust and machinery.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing and warehouse setting. May require overtime, weekend work, or shift work based on production demands. Personal Protective Equipment (PEE) required in designated areas.
