Our facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and we are building a team of hardworking, dependable employees who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company long-term. Position Summary The General Laborer is responsible for supporting day-to-day plant operations, assisting with production activities, moving materials, maintaining housekeeping, and helping ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. This position plays an important role in supporting plant operations and production activities throughout the facility. This is a hands-on role in an industrial plant environment and requires employees to work rotating shifts and weekends. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily plant operations and production activities Move materials throughout the facility as needed Support equipment operators and production personnel Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures, policies, and plant rules Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or operational problems Assist with plant start-up, shutdown, and operational activities Perform general labor duties as assigned Support housekeeping and organization throughout the facility Complete basic operational or production documentation as needed Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities Qualifications Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required Willingness to learn plant operations and equipment Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Forklift or equipment experience is a plus but not required Ability to perform physical labor in an industrial environment Work Environment & Schedule Position is on-site at our Gulfport, Mississippi facility Rotating shifts are required Weekend work is required Facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Industrial environment including equipment, noise, dust, and outdoor/indoor work areas Must be able to stand, walk, and work for extended periods Must be able to lift, push, and move materials and equipment as needed Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Supplemental Insurance Options Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Opportunities for Growth and Advancement We are building our team as we begin production and are looking for hardworking, dependable employees who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company long-term.
