In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Associates in this position assist customers with loadouts, and providing inventory information along with excellent customer service. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing loads to be distributed to multiple store locations. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by accurately fulfilling orders and addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counting, and order processing. Valid certification for forklift operation; willingness to obtain certification if not already certified. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking, and order fulfillment processes. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor and warehouse environment.
