Job Description
Join our Warehouse team and start your career with us in a position that can support your needs and your aspirations. As a Warehouse team member, you'll play a key part in connecting customers with the essential lawn, garden, and other products they need to keep their businesses growing. In this fast-paced, physical role you will receive trucks full of products and then prepare those products for customer delivery. Specifically, you will: Quickly and accurately build and pull customer shipment orders. (Lifting 50+ pounds.) Neatly palletize product. Secure products to pallets with either electric film wrap machine or manually. Load and unload trucks. Efficiently and safely operate machinery, such as forklifts and electric order picker. Follow all safety policies and procedures and encourage team members to do the same. Maintain a clean work area. Perform other warehouse duties that support business or customer needs. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to: Accept responsibility and account for your actions. Perform work accurately and thoroughly. Communicate effectively with others. Take care of customers' needs while following company procedures. Pay attention to details. Work at a sustained pace and produce quality work. Be truthful and dependable. To apply, you must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). While on-the-job you will be required to obtain in-house Forklift and Haz-Mat certification (HM 126-F).
