Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM Start Time Join Our Team! We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our pallet recycling team in Poplarville, MS. This is a fast-paced, physical position where you'll repair and rebuild wooden pallets using hand and power tools. If you enjoy working with your hands and don't mind physical labor, we'd like to hear from you. This position is performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and outdoor work environment , so candidates should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Responsibilities Repair and rebuild wooden pallets Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Inspect pallets for damage and determine needed repairs Remove and replace damaged boards Stack, organize, and move completed pallets Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday Comfortable performing physical labor for an entire shift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and good attendance Ability to work safely with hand and power tools Previous construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or pallet repair experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
