Job Description

We're a growing company looking for a responsible, hard-working Warehouse Attendant who takes pride, ownership, and responsibility for their work. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store standard warehouse stock and special-order client commodities Track and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate quantities are available for clients Pick, pull, and pack client orders accurately using client ordering software Ship orders via client-preferred carriers or approved providers (UPS, FedEx Ground/Express, USPS) Perform scheduled audits of client inventory Support fulfillment of 3PL kitting jobs Deliver product to local client sites per the weekly schedule Move and consolidate inventory to make efficient use of warehouse space while keeping records accurate Perform other related tasks as assigned What You'll Need to Bring Working knowledge of computer-based warehouse management software, or the ability to learn it quickly Ability to operate a forklift and other basic lifts and labor-saving equipment (certification required; company-provided training available if not yet certified) Thorough working knowledge of all parts and products in warehouse inventory Ability to keep the warehouse and shipping docks neat, organized, and efficient Commitment to safe warehouse practices — identifying hazards and recommending improvements A courteous, professional manner with coworkers and clients Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout a shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of experience as a Warehouse Attendant preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic will be considered Forklift certification preferred; must be willing to obtain certification if not already held
