REQUIREMENTS

This is a physically demanding warehouse position. Candidates MUST be able to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy materials weighing approximately 50-100 lbs. by hand. This is an essential part of the job and should be considered before applying. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in New Albany, MS. This position will primarily involve operating a forklift, moving pallets, loading trailers, unloading containers, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse. The position also requires frequent manual handling of heavy materials weighing 50-100 lbs. Candidates must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting throughout their shift. We strongly prefer candidates who live in or near the New Albany area and are looking for a dependable, long-term opportunity. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize pallets throughout the warehouse. Load pallets and kits onto trailers for shipment. Unload shipping containers and organize incoming materials. Regularly lift, carry, push, pull, and manually move materials weighing 50-100 lbs. Perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of unnecessary clutter. Maintain organized inventory and ensure materials are stored in the proper locations. Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements Previous forklift experience is required. Must be able to regularly lift and manually move 50-100 lbs. Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting and material-handling duties throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment. Ability to remain on your feet and perform physically demanding work for extended periods. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Must be willing to work overtime when needed. Candidates living in or near New Albany, MS, are strongly preferred.
