Role:
As a Warehouse Associate supported by Adecco, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Your day-to-day tasks include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, shipping, and managing inventory with precision. You'll use RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accurate tracking and storage. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity standards is a key aspect of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy. Safely load, unload, and move merchandise throughout the facility. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace that adheres to all safety protocols and company policies. Support team efforts to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply; prior warehouse or distribution experience is a plus. Reliable transportation to and from work. Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout shifts. Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed. Commitment to adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.

Pay Details:
