This is a key role in the Distribution team delivering excellent customer service and team performance that is measured through WFRL (order fulfillment), CROL (customer claims), individual productivity, etc in accordance with company targets. Expected to perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing, and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Major Areas of Accountability To process, pick, pack Customers' orders in line with Quality Management System Undertake general warehouse duties as directed by the Supervisors or Warehouse Manager Replenish materials in the area and when required. To carry out order checks as advised by Supervisor or Warehouse Manager Achieve monthly individual performance targets for the area of work. Basic Qualifications Warehouse or Production environment experience is desirable. The starting hourly rate for this position is $21.00.
