Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, greeting and talking with customer, receiving donations. pick up and delivery, including sorting thru donations, packing, and working with other department heads. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate various equipment. Responsibilities Positivitly greet customers when accepting donations according to specifications. Handle donations safely and effectively while adhering to company regulations. Assist in receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation. Operate heavy equipment such as forklift, bailer and hand trucks when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Familiarity with donation intake and processes is essential. Knowledge of company regulations related to warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as Forklift, bailer and floor jacks is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs heavy and stand for extended periods of time. A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.
