What You'll Do As a Production Technician, you'll support bindery and finishing operations and help jobs move smoothly through production: Review job tickets and prepare projects for production Operate and assist with bindery and finishing equipment Run, adjust, and troubleshoot machines to meet quality standards Perform in-process quality checks Keep your work area clean, safe, and efficient Work closely with teammates to stay on schedule Cross-train in multiple production areas to grow your skills No prior printing experience required , we provide paid, on-the-job training. What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset Reliable work history and strong attendance Attention to detail and pride in your work Willingness to learn, improve, and help others High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to support production needs when required
