Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Non-CDL Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to customers while also supporting material handling and inventory. The ideal candidate is flexible to meet the needs of the delivery route, has excellent customer service skills, adheres strictly to safety regulations, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Safely operate refrigerated box trucks for delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to clients. Load and unload materials using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices. Assist with warehouse operations including inventory control, stock ordering, and organization of storage areas. Maintain compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and adhere to traffic laws during route driving. Has excellent communication skills to relay product inventory numbers and needs to the office for orders. Load and secure shipments properly in the vehicle, ensuring weight distribution aligns with safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any concerns promptly. Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL not necessary for this position. Delivery driver experience with a focus on route driving, load & unload procedures, and adhering to traffic regulations. Strong physical ability for repetitive lifting, moving items safely, and performing manual handling tasks regularly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via mobile devices or in person. Ability to operate a pallet jack and other material handling equipment efficiently. Demonstrated responsibility in adhering to safety protocols during warehouse activities and transportation duties.
