Job Description
Key responsibilities Unload/Load trucks Verify quantity loading/unloading is accurate. Ensure paperwork and labelling is correct. Scan parts for receipt/delivery as required. Stage material for put away/pickup. Reviews assembly build requirements. Picks and stages parts for delivery to the production areas in such a manner that ensures that the correct quantity of the part is delivered to the correct place. Provides support to the decant areas. Drives forklift or operates other power equipment to transport a variety of materials, parts, or products. Use SAP to put away parts and to pick them from warehouse locations. Notifies supervisor regarding inventory shortages/discrepancies. Stacks materials in designated area. Understands and adheres to current health, safety, and environmental policies. Communicate and enforce safe work procedures. Identify and close safety issues (suggestions, inspection and investigation findings) and their corrective actions. Understands and adheres to current quality and control policies. Perform other duties as needed. What we're looking for High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Licensed to operate forklift. Must have previous experience in a warehouse environment. Minimum of two years of related experience supporting manufacturing operations. Must be computer literate and have the ability to perform basic MS Windows / SAP operating tasks. Attendance on the job is essential. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to follow instructions, safety rules and regulations. -
