$15 / hour Job Description Warehouse Worker 2nd and 3rd shift Pay rate starting at $16. Asheboro Area Graham Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection:

Receive and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Inspect received items for damages and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

Order Picking and Packing:

Accurately pick items from shelves based on order requirements. Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring items are properly secured for transit. Label packages with appropriate shipping information.

Quality Control:

Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards. Report and quarantine defective products.

Equipment Operation:

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the warehouse. Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.

Working Conditions:

The job may require extended periods of standing, lifting, and repetitive movements. Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures. #LIND26
