8 Hour Shift/ 3pm-11pm/ Monday-Friday Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates/Packers to join our client's team in Asheboro. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing with the potential for full-time employment. Immediate openings are available, along with weekly direct deposit and referral bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet established quality standards. Package finished products according to control plan specifications. Perform secondary operations including removing parts from molds, trimming, decorating, and assembly. Complete and document in-process quality inspections. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and production procedures. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must successfully pass required background and drug screenings. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
