Position Summary:
The warehouse team is the hub of our logistical operations, working to ensure the flow of product and supplies in and out of our facility. Each person helps to keep the production team supported, and get products into the hands of our customers. Part of each week includes receiving deliveries, preparing outgoing freight, and assisting with logistics. This team works steadily to ensure we have the supplies we need to get our mindblasting products out the door!
Essential Duties:
Maintain an organized warehouse space, focusing on maximum efficiency. Aid with the flow of production supplies, including raw materials and packaging supplies. Receive products, materials, and supplies, ensuring proper organization while adhering to relevant SOPs and Food Safety requirements. Understand Spicewalla freight logistics including rate quotes, BOLs, and scheduling. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area. Assist in maintaining the flow of finished goods needed to fulfill orders. Pack and ship orders according to high quality standards. Help test and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Contribute to and support a positive and safe work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability. Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures. Assist with various preventive maintenance (PM) on warehouse equipment and facilities when required. Participate in and promote food safety culture in relevant warehouse operations. This above is an outline of primary job tasks. Duties are not limited to those listed. Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills:
Highschool diploma Positive, can-do attitude
