Bilingual Lead Warehouse Associate

Elite Resources is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Warehouse Associate Bilingual to oversee daily warehouse operations in a distribution facility located in South Charlotte. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for supervising warehouse associates, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is a heavy lifter , has strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to efficiency and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and reconciliation. Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer and business demands. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, purchasing, and customer service) to streamline operations. Track and report key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Handle problem resolution for operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree. Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment. (Required) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Must know Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook (Required)

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving machinery. Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Flexible work schedule, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed. #Main1
