Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Perform general site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe working environment Support team members in setting up work areas and preparing job sites for daily activities Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols and instructions Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations Help with inventory management by sorting, storing, and tracking supplies and materials Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Experience Dig holes with a post hole digger Prior experience in general labor or construction-related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance environments is a plus Join us in creating a safe, productive, and positive work environment!
