Metal Distribution Location:

Charlotte, NC 28273

Pay Rate:

$20.00 / hour

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm The Role PrideStaff is seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Associate for a metal distribution warehouse located in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for material handling, order packaging, cycle counting, and operating equipment to ensure fast and accurate customer shipments in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do Package customer orders according to specific requirements and prepare items for shipment. Stock inventory, conduct cycle counts, and retrieve materials accurately to maintain stock integrity. Stack, bundle, and secure metal products onto pallets for safe transport and loading. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RFID scanners to move, track, and replenish stowed products throughout the facility. Load and unload freight trailers, assemble shipping boxes, apply labels, and handle general material movement. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to company safety standards. What You Will Bring Active Forklift Certification Hands-on experience using RFID scanners for inventory management and order processing. Must possess steel-toe safety shoes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively in a physical warehouse setting.
