Occasionally required About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution setting. This role is essential to ensuring efficient movement of materials from receiving through shipping. What You'll Do Receive and unload inbound shipments safely Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality Stock and organize inventory in assigned locations Label and track products within the system Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load outbound trucks using forklifts or equipment Transport materials internally as needed Prepare shipping documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and report hazards Support additional warehouse duties as assigned What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Ability to learn systems and processes Preferred Skills Previous warehouse experience Forklift experience preferred Knowledge of pipe, valve, and industrial products preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Work Environment Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs Standing and walking for extended periods Exposure to varying temperatures Use of PPE required Overtime/weekends as needed PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
