Job Description:
The Production Assembly Associate is responsible for performing a range of manufacturing and assembly tasks. This includes slide-line assembly, pulling parts, silkscreen operations, stocking materials, and supporting post, test, and final assembly processes. The role requires maintaining production targets, ensuring quality standards, and handling materials up to 30 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly operations efficiently and accurately Pull and organize parts for production use Assist in silkscreen and final assembly processes Stock and manage inventory as needed Follow production schedules and quality standards
Requirements/Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant work experience Ability to read and understand English instructions Basic math skills, including percentages and measurements Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination Mechanical aptitude preferred Soldering experience and familiarity with quality systems are a plus
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Pay:
$16.00•$17.00 per hour
