Job Description
Route Driver - Local/Regional (Mon-Fri | Day Shift | Paid Travel) Based in Concord, NC | Full-Time | 1 Overnight Trip/Week | 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance Join a fast-growing company that values hard work, integrity, and people. What You'll Do:
- Deliver clean oil absorbents and pick up used materials from customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Communicate product information and answer customer questions
- Complete accurate pickup/delivery paperwork
- Safely operate company vehicle and comply with DOT regulations
- Load/unload materials using pallet jacks and dollies
- Plan and optimize service routes (within a 5-hour radius of Cincinnati, OH)
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 125 lbs
- Clean driving record
- Pass a DOT medical exam
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Delivery, route driving, or customer service experience a plus
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
