Night Shift General Laborer - $18/
HR Location:
Conover, NC Pay:
$18.00/
Hour Schedule:
4-Day Workweek |
Monday-Thursday Opportunity:
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Have experience with CNC machines, welding, or metal fabrication Ready to put your skills to work

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Conover, NC! If you enjoy hands-on work, have experience in the metalworking industry, and want an opportunity to grow your skills, this could be the perfect fit! What's in It for YOU
  • $18/HR starting pay!
  • 4-day workweek once you transition to night shift!
  • 3-day weekends with optional Friday overtime as needed!

  • Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 4:30 AM
  • Optional Friday overtime as needed Training Schedule (1st Shift):
  • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Must be available to train on days before transitioning to nights.
Breaks:
Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch. What You'll Be Doing
  • Working hands-on with metal materials and manufacturing equipment.
  • Assisting with CNC, welding, and fabrication operations.
  • Using hand and power tools to support production.
  • Inspecting materials and finished products for quality.
  • Helping keep production running safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For
  • Experience in CNC, welding, OR metal fabrication is
REQUIRED!
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work both the training and night shift schedules.
  • Steel-toe shoes are required.
