Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Cooler Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory within our refrigerated warehouse environment and ensuring safe handling of products. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will help us maintain smooth warehouse operations and meet our customers' needs. What You'll Do Build and organize daily orders inside a 36° cooler Price retail items and scan outgoing orders Assist with the weekly tractor‑trailer delivery and break down incoming product Maintain accurate inventory, rotate product, and keep the cooler organized Work closely with our cooler manager to complete daily tasks efficiently What You Need Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently Comfortable working in cold environments (36° cooler) Strong teamwork skills — must work well with others and follow direction Reliable, punctual, and ready for early morning starts (6-7 AM) Positive attitude and willingness to learn our processes Schedule & Growth No weekends — Monday through Friday only Part-time start (3 days/week) Opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and reliability Full-Time Benefits Once full-time, we offer: Medical insurance Dental & vision coverage 401(k) Join our team to be part of a vibrant company that values dedication, safety, and growth.
