Possible as needed based on production requirements Coast Personnel is currently hiring dependable and motivated Production Associates, Warehouse Workers, Material Handlers, and Forklift Operators to join our growing team. Experienced forklift operators are especially encouraged to apply due to an immediate need for these positions. Candidates with production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience are also encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Forklift experience is highly preferred. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility. Supply production lines with the materials needed to maintain production. Remove and properly stage finished products. Perform general warehouse duties, including sorting, packing, and staging materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy. Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Handle materials safely and efficiently. Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older . Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or forklift operation is preferred. Forklift experience is highly desired. Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials as required. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Must have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Must be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts . Must be willing to work weekends as needed. Must be able to follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Must be willing to complete any required screening or onboarding requirements.
