Job Description:

We are hiring a Warehouse Operator for our 3PL logistics facility. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and experience working with warehouse systems. This is a hands-on role requiring physical work and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of products Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of 3PL / warehouse operations Experience with inventory management and stock handling Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred) Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy items Basic computer and math skills Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center Experience with shipping platforms or logistics systems
