    General Laborer
  • Job Description
  • This role supports a concrete production facility by performing hands-on tasks in the piping room and surrounding warehouse areas.
You will work with molds, concrete, and various hand and power tools to help produce high-quality products while following established procedures and safety guidelines. The position follows a rotating weekly schedule between morning and afternoon shifts in an industrial, non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Work inside the piping room to support daily concrete production activities.
+ Set cages accurately according to specifications and production requirements. + Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail throughout the shift. + Complete checklists and production forms accurately and legibly. + Follow instructions from supervisors and leads, and adhere to standard operating procedures. + Maintain a clean and organized work area despite working in a dirty, concrete-based environment. + Support general labor tasks in an outdoor, warehouse, and production setting as needed.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Proven general labor experience, preferably in construction, trades, assembly, or similar industrial environments. + Ability to perform very repetitive work while maintaining accuracy and quality. + Capability to follow instructions well and adhere to established processes. + Demonstrated work history with at least 2 years at previous jobs, showing stability and reliability.

  • Work Environment
  • The role is based in an outdoor, warehouse, and production environment that is not climate controlled, so you will work in varying weather conditions and elements.
The facility is a dirty environment due to working with concrete, and you should be comfortable in an industrial setting. Work takes place in a piping room and broader production areas, using hand tools, power tools, and potentially overhead cranes and forklifts if trained. The schedule rotates weekly between a morning crew (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM) and an afternoon crew (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM), requiring flexibility to work both shifts. Uniforms and boots are provided once converted, supporting a practical and safety-focused dress code suitable for industrial work.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $18.
00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
