Join the Team at Hubbard Supplyhouse! Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere. We are a plumbing and irrigation supply house that also specializes in kitchen, bath, appliances, and lighting. We proudly serve local plumbers, builders, and homeowners in bringing beautiful and functional living spaces to life. The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and shipping products accurately and efficiently. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, fulfill customer orders, and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-first environment, works with attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Warehouse Operations Receive, unload, inspect, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship products accurately and efficiently Match incoming shipments to packing slips and purchase orders Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Load delivery trucks safely and accurately according to route and order requirements Report shortages, overages, damages, or inventory discrepancies to a supervisor Update inventory, receiving, and shipping information as required Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, drivers, purchasing, sales, and counter sales teams Notify supervisors of shipping delays, receiving issues, or inventory concerns Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and customer service goals Follow direction from warehouse leadership to maintain an efficient workflow General Warehouse Support Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, product rotation, and other warehouse functions as needed Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Matching 401(k) and profit-sharing program Comprehensive benefits package with supplemental options Paid holidays, PTO, and sick leave Christmas bonus, team-building events and company picnic Employee discount program Ready to be part of a team that values your contributions and helps customers build beautiful, functional spaces? Requirements:
Required:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace
Preferred:
Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment Ability to multitask and adapt during high-volume periods Dependable, team-oriented work style
