Job Description

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in Gastonia, North Carolina. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient warehouse operation. The person in this role will help move product accurately, assist with inbound and outbound orders, and contribute to a clean and orderly workspace.
Responsibilities:
  • Select and prepare apparel orders by using packing documentation to locate, gather, and organize items for shipment.
  • Receive incoming product and verify quantities and condition to support accurate order processing and inventory records.
  • Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently while handling merchandise with care.
  • Pack and label outgoing shipments using shipping platforms such as FedEx and related warehouse systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment throughout the workday.
  • Support shipping and receiving workflows by moving products to the correct staging, storage, or packing areas.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities to help maintain stock accuracy.
  • Work closely with warehouse leadership and team members to complete daily priorities and meet operational goals.
