Temp Description Hire Dynamics is searching to fill a fiberglass warehouse associate in Gastonia! A Fiberglass Warehouse Associate handles, packages, and organizes raw fiberglass materials, resins, and finished composite products within a warehouse. if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Shift/Pay:

Material Handling:
Move, load, and stack fiberglass rolls, mats, and boxes safely.
Shipping & Receiving:
Pull items using pick tickets, load/unload trucks, and complete shipping documents like Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Inventory Management:
Build pallets, wrap products, and track daily production or output metrics.
Chemical & Material Prep:
glues, resins, or coatings as required, working safely around industrial chemical smells (such as acetone).
Safety & Maintenance:
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), keep work areas clean, and follow environmental compliance rules Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Work Environment Tolerance:
Comfort working in a fast-paced setting around fine particles, heavy materials, and strong resin or chemical odors.
Physical Strength:
Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, and lift heavy materials (frequently up to 50 lbs). Ability to wear steel toes
