Description Summary:

The Warehouse Fabrication and Tooling Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Henderson, NC. This role is responsible for performing fabrication tasks, including putting together kitted components to meet customer specifications and project requirements. This role will also be responsible for tool management. Day-to-day work includes reading and interpreting work orders, preparing materials, operating any necessary tools, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards, and keeping a steady rotation of customer tools in service. The specialist will maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety protocols, and collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to support order fulfillment. The role may also involve occasional customer interaction to clarify requirements and ensure accurate, timely delivery of customized products.

Location Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to lift and assemble kits. Hands-on technical abilities for production and custom work. Microsoft Office/Excel Customer-facing skills, including strong Customer Service abilities to support internal and external partners. Ability to read and interpret work orders, and measurement tools accurately. Commitment to workplace safety, including adherence to PPE requirements and safe equipment operation. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, or a related trade is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training in fabrication or welding is a plus.
