Job Description
Position Overview The Warehouse Associate keeps our operations running smoothly by managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and selecting products for customer orders. You'll ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a safe workspace, process returns, and operate material-handling equipment. This role may also support deliveries and requires basic computer skills, with inventory or equipment experience a plus. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, noting any damage or discrepancies. Accurately pick and pack orders for customer delivery or inter-store transfers. Process returns, warranty paperwork, and related documentation. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage procedures. Operate equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with loading and delivering items as needed. What We're Looking For Valid REAL ID or passport (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience Basic computer skills (email, internet browsing)
