Job Description

General Warehouse Associate Schedule:
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00
PM Pay:
$15.00 per hour Job Overview We are seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for assisting with pallet wrapping, material handling, inventory support, housekeeping, and other general labor duties as assigned. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Overtime:
Overtime is not required; however, associates may occasionally be asked to report as early as 5:00 AM depending on production needs. Essential Responsibilities 1. Wrap and securely strap finished pallets for storage and shipment. 2. Pick up debris and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the facility. 3. Stack materials safely and efficiently according to company standards. 4. Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed. 5. Support warehouse and production teams with general labor duties as assigned. 6. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. 7. Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support daily operations. Qualifications 1. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. 2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. 3. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. 6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Basic math skills for inventory counting are a plus. Physical Requirements 1. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds. 2. Stand and walk for extended periods. 3. Bend, twist, reach, and squat throughout the workday. 4. Work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
