Warehouse Associate / Driver

Position Description:

This role supports both delivery operations and warehouse efficiency. The Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and timely transport of materials to job sites, as well as assisting with general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, staging, and inventory organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and adaptable to changing daily needs.

Responsibilities :

Safely operate company box trucks or vans for local deliveries and pick-ups Load, secure, and deliver doors, trim, and hardware to customer job sites Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) during all deliveries, including, but not limited to safety vest, safety glasses, and full-length pants Communicate professionally with customers upon delivery: Obtain signed delivery paperwork at job sites and return to the appropriate team member or system for processing Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company vehicle policies Report any vehicle issues, delivery obstacles, or accidents immediately Assist with loading and unloading trucks Stage materials for delivery and verify accuracy through audits Maintain a clean and organized work area Help with general material handling and movement Support inventory counts and notify supervisors of low or missing stock Collaborate with team members to meet shipping and receiving timelines

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and operate pallet jacks/forklifts (training provided)
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills

Pay:

$18.00 - $27.50 per hour
