Key Responsibilities Site Maintenance:
Clean, sweep, mop, and remove debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Material Handling:
Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and equipment as needed
Operational Support:
Assist cleaners with vacuuming, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, dusting, trash disposal, emergency requests, and other miscellaneous cleaning duties
Tool Operation:
Safely operate basic power tools as needed
General Repairs:
Perform minor repairs, furniture assembly, and general maintenance tasks
Qualifications Communication & Transportation:
Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
Background & Work Authorization:
Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and meet all hiring requirements.
Work Ethic:
Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
Teamwork:
Ability to work well with others, follow instructions from supervisors, report issues to clients, resolve customer complaints, and provide positive service experiences.

Experience:
Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift more than 30 lbs and perform significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting and remaining active throughout the shift
