The Material Handler receives and reconciles the delivery of all incoming materials, enters receipts to system, performs material handling functions in transporting, storing, stocking, and supplying material to production and shipping; capable of operating a variety of material handling equipment. The Material Handler is also responsible for performing cycle counts and data entry for material movement; performs general housekeeping for areas assigned.

Thursday:
7am - 5:30pm What You'll Do Inventory & Material Management Responsible for receiving, unloading, and verification of all incoming materials. Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately in the ERP system. Assist with monitoring inventory levels and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock concerns. Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes. Safety, Quality & Compliance Strictly adhere to company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Promote safe work practices, including proper equipment use and housekeeping standards. Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment. General Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required. Communicate effectively with supervisors, operations, and cross-functional teams. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience in a forklift operating role. Valid driver's license. Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional collaboration. Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership. Other Job Responsibilities and Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials weighing more than 45 lbs. using team lifting procedures. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (8-12 hours per shift). Ability to safely move and operate material handling equipment throughout the manufacturing floor. Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs and/or ladders as required for job tasks. Ability to use hands, wrists, and fingers for handling materials, writing, and computer work. Frequent use of computers, keyboards, tablets, scanners, or handheld devices. Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced industrial environment. Ability to work in hot and cold environmental conditions.
