About Us:
Arcavate Corporation is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in yoga supplies and Mexican blankets — cool products that ship across the U.S. We take pride in being a small, family-owned business where teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude make every day run smoothly.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a reliable, easy-to-work-with, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. You'll help keep operations running efficiently by handling order fulfillment, returns, and general warehouse upkeep.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and quickly pick, pack, and ship orders (FedEx and Pallets). Meet daily order deadlines (orders must ship by 3:00-4:00 PM). Unload containers and organize products by assigned warehouse locations. Complete physical inventories Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Process and rebox product returns daily Assist with warehouse projects (inside/outside) during slower periods to maintain productivity. Additional projects may be assigned through our nursery business as needed to help maintain consistent weekly hours. Communicate via Slack or Text. Support the team by staying productive until 4:00 PM or until assigned tasks are complete.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide updates, ask questions when needed, and communicate clearly with coworkers and management. Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Team player who can also work independently. Basic computer literacy; experience with shipping software is a plus. Must live within 10 miles of Monroe, NC. Must pass a background check.
Schedule:
Mondays and Truck Days:
9:00 AM-4:00 PM Tuesday through
Friday:
9:30 AM-4:00 PM Employees are expected to work their scheduled weekly hours and ensure all assigned responsibilities are completed. Any schedule changes, early departures, days off, or vacation time must be approved in advance. When absent, employees must ensure time-sensitive responsibilities are completed beforehand or properly assigned to another coworker with management approval.
Pay:
Starting pay is $18.50 per hour , with an increase to $20.00 per hour after 30 days , based on consistent attendance, reliability, performance, and completion of assigned responsibilities.
