Our team works hands-on with a wide variety of products across categories such as soil and gardening, home improvement, home décor, survival gear, pet products, and more. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging, Assembly & Warehouse Associate to become an important part of our team. This role includes inspecting, assembling, packaging, preparing, and shipping products that often have time-sensitive deadlines. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities

• Assemble full products, kits, bundles, or product components
• Help with hands-on prep work for products before they are shipped to customers or fulfillment centers
• Inspect products and parts for quality, accuracy, and packaging standards
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with shipping and receiving throughout the week
• Rotate through different tasks depending on production needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow instructions carefully and help improve processes when possible
• Work independently or with a team depending on the task
• Assist with other warehouse, prep, or assembly needs as the company grows Qualifications
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work
• Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or prep experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working with your hands and learning new product processes
• Able to follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Able to perform simple math
• Able to lift approximately 50-60 lbs when shipping and receiving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly.
