Job Description

We are a growing wholesale and brand management company that does more than simply sell products — we help brands grow. Our team works hands-on with a wide variety of products across categories such as soil and gardening, home improvement, home décor, survival gear, pet products, and more. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging, Assembly & Warehouse Associate to become an important part of our team. This role includes inspecting, assembling, packaging, preparing, and shipping products for both fulfillment centers and direct-to-customer ecommerce orders. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Assemble full products, kits, bundles, or product components Help with hands-on prep work before products are shipped to customers or fulfillment centers Process and fulfill customer orders from Shopify, Faire, Etsy, and other ecommerce sales channels Pick, pack, label, and prepare ecommerce orders accurately and on time Verify the correct product, quantity, packaging, and shipping information before each order is completed Inspect products and parts for quality, accuracy, and packaging standards Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Assist with shipping and receiving throughout the week Help identify inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or order issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member Rotate through different tasks depending on daily production and order volume Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow instructions carefully and help improve processes when possible Work independently or with a team depending on the task Assist with other warehouse, prep, assembly, inventory, and fulfillment needs as the company grows Qualifications Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, or prep experience Comfortable working with your hands and learning new product processes Able to follow detailed instructions and shipping procedures Basic computer skills preferred Able to perform simple math Able to lift approximately 50-60 lbs when shipping and receiving Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed What We're Looking For Monday - Thursday 8:00am-3:30pm / Friday 8:00am-2:30pm We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly. Because we work with multiple brands, product types, and ecommerce platforms, attention to detail is extremely important. The right person will be dependable, flexible, organized, and willing to learn. Accuracy is especially important when processing Shopify, Faire, Etsy, and other direct-to-customer orders, where the correct item, quantity, packaging, and shipping information must be verified before each order is completed.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
