1:00 PM - 7:00 PM M - F 26-04491 Job Summary The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, handling inventory, repackaging products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role ensures accurate product handling, proper stock rotation, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution setting. Job Responsibilities Load trucks accurately according to delivery requirements and instructions Verify product quantities and ensure proper placement during loading Rotate inventory based on expiration dates to maintain product quality Repackage products and handle damaged goods according to established procedures Dispose of damaged or expired products following approved guidelines Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping, trash removal, and equipment use Assist with general warehouse tasks including inventory handling and organization Follow all safety procedures and operational standards Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to work in environments with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and in a team environment Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Experience Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
