We are seeking experienced movers and truck loaders to join our team and help uphold our reputation for excellence.
Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled movers with a strong background in loading and unloading moving trucks efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically strong, and experienced in handling furniture, appliances, and fragile items with care.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload moving trucks with precision to maximize space and ensure safe transport Wrap, pad, and secure furniture and valuables to prevent damage Carry, lift, and maneuver heavy items safely (up to 70 lbs) Work efficiently as part of a team to complete moves in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards for handling high-end furniture and delicate items
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional moving/truck loading experience (references required) Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs consistently Strong understanding of truck loading techniques and securing items for transport Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different moving situations
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience & performance) Opportunities for performance-based raises Supplemental pay, including tips Full-time & part-time positions available (20-40 hours per week) Growth opportunities within the company
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (some weekends may be required) Typical start time: 8:00 AM Typical end time: 5:00
