Masis Staffing is looking for Material handler to join our team working at our client facility in Pineville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating plastic blow molding equipment to produce high-quality components. Job Details for Material handlers Full time 2nd shift 2:00pm- 10:00PM Base pay: $14.50 per hour Attendance bonus: $1.50 per hour Shift differential: $1.50 per hour Total compensation: $17.50 per hour Job Responsibilities for Material Handlers

• Must keep work areas clean and organized at all times.
• Keep all and any material separated and free of contamination.
• Ability to measure and mix materials to specified percentages.
• Operate plastic grinders.
• Maintain grinders in good working condition (keep them clean and maintain sharp blades).
• Able to identify different plastics materials and keep them strictly separated.
• Load and operate mixers and dryers.
• Able to change material types on mixers and dryers.
• Maintain filters and operating settings (timers and temperatures) on mixers and dryers.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Supports production dept. with delivery of packing materials (boxes/bags/tape/pallets) with goal to keep as less materials as possible on each machine.
• Move pallets of finished goods from production to warehouse on a timely manner ensuring proper identification.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Fill out proper documentation with results.
• Detects problems, analyzes reasons, checks machine and repairs, if able.

General Skills for Material Handler Material handling experience. Must adhere to very strict cleanliness requirements. Mechanically inclined to carry out repairs to machines as needed.
