In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control, all within a collaborative and supportive team setting. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management software; conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts. Coordinate shipping logistics by preparing shipping & receiving documentation, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations, streamline processes, and uphold safety standards at all times. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and ERP systems such as Net Suite. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment procedures. Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate counting and calculations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse operations while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Pay:
