Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our staff.Position Overview:
The warehouse worker will pick, pack and weigh orders using an electronic scale and advise the warehouse manager of any inventory discrepancy or quality issues. They will also manage inventory in the P21 computer system, conduct cycle counts, and operate a forklift when necessary.Job Responsibilities:
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area and completing the shipping process through UPS/FedEx or truck as needed. Perform daily cycle counts as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor. Perform visual check of parts being pulled to verify correct parts are being shipped prior to packing material for shipment. Verification is for every lot of material being shipped to ensure the customer does not receive incorrect material. Responsible for all areas of preparing orders for shipping. Responsible for making deliveries in company vehicle when necessary. Serve as a lead person in the warehouse when the Warehouse Supervisor is out. Responsible for running the pick and transfer tickets as well as directing work flow so that customers are served as needed when the Warehouse Supervisor is out. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. General housekeeping (cleans equipment and work areas as needed).Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record to operate company vehicle. Ability to lift at least 50lbs. Basic computer skills.EOE Disability/Veteran NOTE:
