Job Description

General Labor - Production PalletOne, Inc. | Siler City, NC Get Moving. Learn New Skills. Build a Steady Career. PalletOne, Inc. is looking for reliable and safety‑focused General Labor team members to support our production operations. This hands‑on role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, take pride in accuracy, and want to be part of a team that produces quality lumber products for customers nationwide. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we're happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn. What You'll Do As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in safely handling and preparing lumber products to meet customer and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Move, stack, and secure lumber and materials according to instructions Build finished bundles based on customer requirements and bundle specifications Label and tag materials accurately by type, size, and quantity Apply individual tags before and after treating or production processes Operate hand tools such as staple guns and assist with basic troubleshooting Band, bundle, and secure material, including corner protectors and loading sticks Verify correct quantities and labeling before material leaves the work area Maintain accurate inventory of tags and report discrepancies to a supervisor Record production data on production sheets Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Assist other departments by moving materials and loading/unloading carts Participate in safety meetings, continuous improvement (CI) activities, and training Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable team players who take safety seriously and are willing to contribute wherever needed.
Qualifications:

Hourly/Salary Pay Range:
