Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Factory Warehouse Associate located at our Southern Pines, NC facility. The hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The starting rate of pay is $17.37 per hour with an increase at the 3rd and 9th month of employment.
Receive, inspect, test, and process customer returns; enter return and defect information into the Return Goods System.
Sort products and components to designated locations, including First 50 and data sample products.
Clean, inspect, refurbish, package, label, and prepare products for shipment according to quality standards.
Operate equipment including conveyors, label applicators, tape machines, and scrap/recycling equipment.
Process customer orders by picking, packing, kitting, assembling, and shipping products and parts.
Operate shipping and inventory systems; complete required documentation and maintain records.
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
Assist with loading/unloading containers and validating inbound and outbound shipments, reporting discrepancies as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to read instructions, write, and perform basic math.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and climb ladders, stairs, and ramps as needed.
Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
Ability to frequently use hands and arms for handling, reaching, and manipulation.
