We Make Doors - Where they lead is up to you… Job Overview Loading and unloading dry vans.

Staging buggies with raw materials to assigned lines.

Maintain packing slips and orders.

Move finished goods to proper storage areas.

Maintain flow of line through buggies at infeed.

Move materials from outfeed to curing areas.

Manage and maintain incoming supplies.

Stocking.

Make test pieces as needed.

Assist in machine changeovers.

Remove dunnage.

AAMA testing as needed.

Slit foil as needed.

Responsible for pulling all materials for both lines and prepare for the following shift independently. Buggies must have Job number attached by magnetic holders.

Buggies must be labeled and staged in designated location.

All Buggies assigned must be pulled in full prior to end of shift.

Material exception forms must be completed before end of shift. Remove all excess materials from the line and return to their stock locations after jobs are completed. Employees will be responsible for managing completed jobs and dispose of scrap carts in the scrap cutting designated area.

Maintain all racks clean from trash, shipping materials and packaging. All shipping products must be collected and thrown away when cleaning off racks. Communicate any risk of stock out or low levels of inventory.

Assist in restocking of material into stock locations.

Assist in cycle count duties and in lamination organization (gaylord, scrap, empty buggies, organization, restocking).

Must be capable of operating Forklift and electric pallet jack.

Assist with any operation on the line.
