ing Details ed: August 26, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Culp Ticking Stokesdale, NC 27357, USA Job Details Description General purpose: Places finished goods in warehouse and scans location with hand held reader gun. Unloads receivables to warehouse and pulls finished goods from stock for shipment and also loading trucks.
Role qualifications:
Proficiency in the operation and proper use of hand-held reader, racks, skids, pallets, computer, pens, barcode labels, fork lift, order picker, back support belt, rolls of fabric and paper.
Position responsibilities:
Receives released barcode labels for goods to be pulled and shipped from customer service department. (Shipping) Labels are placed on desk where warehouseman selects labels. (Shipping) Goes to racks, manually pulls rolls, places on pallet and takes to shipping staging area. (Shipping) Loads goods to trucks for shipment. (Shipping) Secures full skid of inspected rolls and moves to staging area in warehouse. Using hand-held readers, scans rolls and location. (Stocking) Manually transfers rolls from skids to warehouse racks. (Stocking) Goes to computer terminal and dumps reader to update inventory, if old scanner gun is used. (Stocking) Removes empty skids to inspection staging area. (Stocking) Replaces batteries in readers as needed. (Stocking) Hooks up discharged picker battery to charger. Unloads trucks carrying goods to go into stock. (Stocking) Runs location reports after stocking goods. (Stocking) Attends any training sessions for order picker operation and fork lift certification. Maintains good housekeeping in work area. Follows all safety procedures and policies and advises supervision of any unsafe conditions. Any other duties as requested by supervisor.

Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
