Pay:

$18.25-19.75 per hour + Group Productivity Incentives Join a Stable Team That Values Experienced Forklift Operators We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator II to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience who is confident operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment Pick, stage, and prepare orders accurately for shipment Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Receive incoming inventory and place materials in proper warehouse locations Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy Fill orders, backorders, and shipping requests using pick tickets/order sheets Record shortages, picks, and inventory movements accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse Work closely with the Logistics Manager and warehouse team to meet daily goals What We're Looking For 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience Forklift experience required, especially stand-up lifts and reach trucks Prior experience with inventory handling, order picking, and material movement Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift Good visual awareness and manual dexterity Why Join Us? Occasional overtime may be required depending on business need.
